Everyone has moments in their work or life that become incredibly busy and often frustrating, but some people just never catch a break. Eating healthily is a struggle for many. Especially working a 9 to 5 job or longer, getting home to then cook dinner for yourself and others can be incredibly taxing. Avoid resorting to quick, unhealthy oven meals or takeaways too often by planning meals in advance. Set some time aside on one day every week and make some meals to go in the fridge or freezer.
