If you are looking to buy a new car in 2021 then your timing is perfect because it looks set to be a fantastic year for the auto industry after such a strange year in 2020. There are a handful of highly anticipated car releases scheduled for 2021 which every motorist looking for a new car should be aware of.

Dacia Spring Electric EV

Dacia is a brand that appeals to many motorists due to their affordability while still providing a high-quality automobile and the Spring Electric will be their first foray into the electric car market. This means that this could be the cheapest way for a motorist to join the green revolution and can provide a range of around 125 miles which should be plenty for most.

Citroen C4

The C4 could be a serious challenger in the incredibly competitive family hatchback market with its new crossover saloon-like styling. The new C4 will also be available with electric, petrol and diesel powertrains so there is plenty of variety to choose from and boasts a comfortable, stylish interior that will appeal to every motorist.

BMW 2 Series

As you would expect with a BMW, the new 2 Series coupe is an incredibly stylish, luxurious vehicle which will appeal to many. The design has been given a fresh update for 2021 but brand purists will be pleased to hear that not a huge amount has changed with this fantastic car.

Mazda MX-30

Mazda's first all-electric vehicle will certainly be a popular one in the year ahead with similar styling to its other SUVs along with unique reverse-hinged rear doors and a cool, modern interior. It is likely that many motorists will be making the switch to electric in 2021 and this will certainly be a car that is worth looking at, particularly for families due to its interior space. Those that do buy new should protect their investment by taking out a GAP insurance policy, which will provide protection if the vehicle were to be written off.

Fiat 500

Fiat has managed to reinvent the hugely popular 500 model for today’s motorist and it looks like it could be a huge hit for the Italian manufacturer. As you might expect, the 2021 500 is electric only and builds on the foundation that made it such a popular car but with greater interior space and a sleeker, more modern design.

As you can see, there are a number of excellent cars scheduled for release next year with these being a few of the best.
